Mr. Pulkitkumar S. Shah - Managing Director

Mr. Pulkitkumar S. Shah, aged 27 years, is the Managing Director of our company. After completing his HSC from Gujarat Board, he obtained a certificate in Information Technology from ATMC (Australian Technical and Management College) in the year 2009. On finishing his education, he joined the family business of jewellery. Learning the skills of running a business and in specific jewellery business, he ventured out to start his independent jewellery business under the name of M/s. Kriya Gold in the year 2013. In 2017, he along with his brother started this company- S. M. Gold and both together become the Promoter of the company. He has more than 8 years of experience in jewellery industry. As a MD and Promoter of the company, his responsibility is maintaining the traditional and antique designs of mangalsutra`s and other jewellery and innovating newer, trendier and fashionable designs for mangalsutra`s and other jewellery manufactured and sold by the company.

Executive Director

Mr. Priyank S. Shah, aged 29 years, is the Promoter Director and Chief Financial Officer of our company. He has completed Second year of B.com from the Gujarat University and after that he has joined the jewellery business of his father to learn various business aspect in the year 2007, after gaining experience in jewellery industry he has started his own Proprietory firm under the name M/s. S. M. Gold in the year 2009. For the expansion of business he with his brother started the company. His in-depth knowledge of jewellery industry has contributed immensely to the growth of our company. Currently, he is looking after the marketing and accounts department of our Company. He also responsible in strengthening the sales and marketing strategy of the company.

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Nitaben S. Shah, aged 51 years is a Non- Executive Director of our Company. She has done her matriculation. She is mother of Promoters of the Company She brings value addition to our Company.

Independent Director

Mr. Manoharbhai B. Chunara, aged 31 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has done B.Com from Gujarat University and also an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has more than 8 years of experience in Company laws and other Securities Law. As an Independent Director of our Company with corporate acumen, he brings value addition to our Company.

Mrs. Nidhi A. Jain, aged 31 years, is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning & Research Management. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has professional experience of more than 5 years in field of accounting, secretarial, Company law and corporate compliance.
